1. Sponsor

The Adrenaline Crew $1,000 Skill Challenge (“Contest”) is sponsored by:

Adrenaline Crew LLC
(“Sponsor”)

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 1, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends at the earlier of:

  1. the time an eligible participant successfully completes the final Contest challenge and is verified by Sponsor as the winner; or

  2. September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, if no eligible participant has successfully completed the challenge by then.

Sponsor’s applicable computer systems, telecommunications records, electronic records, and other records will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and who are at least 18 YEARS OLD at the time of participation.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

Additional geographic, age, or other eligibility restrictions may apply as required by applicable law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Skill-Based Contest

This Contest is intended to be a skill-based challenge.

The winner will not be selected randomly.

Participants must successfully locate, interpret, and solve a series of clues and then correctly complete the final challenge before other eligible participants.

The ability to solve the clues and correctly complete the challenge determines the winner.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, merchandise order, subscription fee, or other financial consideration is required to participate or win.

Purchasing Adrenaline Crew merchandise, products, or services will not improve a participant’s ability or opportunity to win.

There is no entry fee.

6. How to Participate

Sponsor will publish Contest content containing a series of clues.

Participants must:

  1. locate the Contest clues;

  2. correctly interpret and solve the clues;

  3. determine the information and instructions revealed by those clues; and

  4. successfully complete the final challenge using the correct solution.

The Contest clues may appear in video, audio, graphics, descriptions, comments, websites, social media posts, or other locations identified by Sponsor.

The exact method of completing the final challenge is intentionally part of the Contest puzzle and may be revealed only after the participant successfully solves the preceding clues.

Participants may watch, pause, rewind, review, or otherwise study Contest content as they choose.

Sponsor does not guarantee that any clue will be easy to locate, interpret, or solve.

7. YouTube Subscriptions, Comments, Likes, and Shares

Subscribing to the Adrenaline Crew YouTube channel is not required to participate or win.

Liking, commenting on, or sharing Adrenaline Crew content is also not required to participate or win unless a specific interaction is part of the actual puzzle mechanics and is permitted under applicable law and platform policies.

Sponsor may encourage viewers to subscribe, comment, like, or share content as part of normal audience engagement.

Such engagement does not increase a participant’s chance of winning and does not create additional entries.

Participants must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Any participation involving spam, bots, automated activity, artificial engagement, impersonation, harassment, deceptive activity, or other violations of YouTube policies may result in disqualification.

8. The Final Challenge

Successful completion of the Contest clues will reveal the method and information necessary to complete the final challenge.

The final challenge will require the participant to correctly provide a secret phrase using the method revealed through the Contest clues.

The first eligible participant to successfully complete the final challenge and provide the correct secret phrase will be the potential winner, subject to verification.

The exact method used to complete the final challenge is intentionally part of the Contest and may not be publicly disclosed in advance.

Sponsor’s applicable electronic, telecommunications, system, or other objective records will be used to determine the order in which qualifying responses are received.

A participant is not considered the winner until Sponsor verifies:

  • the Contest clues were correctly solved;

  • the final challenge was completed correctly;

  • the correct secret phrase was provided;

  • the participant was the first qualifying participant according to Sponsor’s records;

  • the participant satisfies all eligibility requirements; and

  • the participant complied with these Official Rules.

9. Secret Phrase

The correct secret phrase will be revealed or determinable through the Contest clues.

Participants must provide the phrase exactly as required by the final challenge.

Sponsor may determine in its reasonable discretion whether minor pronunciation differences, spelling variations, or other immaterial differences constitute a correct response, provided the participant clearly demonstrates knowledge of the intended phrase.

Sponsor’s decision regarding whether a phrase is correct will be final, subject to applicable law.

10. Determining the First Participant

Sponsor will use objective system records to determine the first qualifying participant.

These records may include:

  • timestamps;

  • telephone or telecommunications logs;

  • server logs;

  • electronic records;

  • recordings;

  • submission records; or

  • other reliable technical evidence.

The qualifying time will be the time recorded by Sponsor’s designated system, not the time shown on a participant’s device.

Technical delays, carrier delays, device clocks, screenshots, or other participant-generated timing evidence will not override Sponsor’s official records.

If two or more qualifying responses appear to have been received at the same time, Sponsor may use additional objective records to determine the order received.

If Sponsor cannot reliably determine which response was first, Sponsor may use a reasonable tie-breaking procedure approved by legal counsel and permitted by applicable law.

11. Technical Failures

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • dropped communications;

  • busy signals;

  • unavailable telecommunications services;

  • mobile carrier delays;

  • internet outages;

  • server outages;

  • platform failures;

  • corrupted or incomplete transmissions;

  • malfunctioning devices;

  • incorrect contact information;

  • participant technical errors;

  • delayed communications; or

  • other technical failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Attempting to complete the final challenge does not guarantee that the participant’s response will be successfully received.

12. Prize

One verified winner will receive:

$1,000 USD

Approximate Retail Value: $1,000 USD

The prize will be provided by digital application (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo).

The prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion and as permitted by law.

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may require information reasonably necessary for tax reporting and lawful prize fulfillment.

13. Potential Winner Verification

The first participant to successfully complete the final challenge is considered a potential winner until verification is complete.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide:

  • legal name;

  • age or date of birth;

  • state of residence;

  • mailing address;

  • telephone number;

  • email address;

  • government-issued identification;

  • affidavit of eligibility;

  • liability release;

  • publicity release where permitted by law; and/or

  • tax documentation required by law.

The potential winner may be disqualified if the participant:

  • cannot be contacted;

  • fails to respond within 30 days;

  • is ineligible;

  • refuses required verification;

  • provides false or misleading information;

  • violates these Official Rules; or

  • participated through fraud, automation, or prohibited conduct.

If the initial potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may award the prize to the next qualifying participant, if one exists and if permitted under applicable law.

14. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

  • use bots, scripts, automated dialing systems, or automated software;

  • use multiple automated devices to complete the final challenge;

  • intentionally interfere with Contest systems;

  • hack or circumvent security measures;

  • tamper with Contest content;

  • impersonate another individual;

  • submit fraudulent information;

  • manipulate timestamps or records;

  • interfere with another participant’s ability to participate;

  • engage in harassment, threats, or unlawful behavior;

  • artificially manipulate YouTube views, likes, comments, subscribers, watch time, or other engagement metrics; or

  • otherwise compromise the fairness, integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Contest.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant Sponsor reasonably believes has violated these rules.

15. Clues and Contest Integrity

Contest clues may appear in any location identified by Sponsor, including but not limited to:

  • video footage;

  • audio;

  • on-screen graphics;

  • descriptions;

  • comments;

  • websites;

  • images;

  • social media posts; or

  • related Adrenaline Crew content.

Some clues may direct participants to other clues.

Sponsor may issue additional hints or clarifications during the Contest.

Sponsor will not intentionally change the correct solution after the Contest has begun except where necessary to:

  • correct a genuine error;

  • resolve a technical issue;

  • address fraud or unauthorized disclosure;

  • protect the integrity of the Contest; or

  • comply with applicable law.

16. Public Sharing of Clues

Participants may discuss the Contest publicly unless Sponsor specifically states otherwise.

Participants participate at their own risk if they publicly disclose:

  • clues;

  • partial solutions;

  • answers;

  • secret phrases;

  • final challenge information; or

  • other information relating to the Contest.

Sponsor is not responsible if another participant publicly discloses or distributes Contest information.

Public disclosure of a clue or answer does not automatically invalidate the Contest.

Sponsor may take reasonable action if an unauthorized disclosure materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest.

17. Unauthorized Disclosure or Compromise

If Sponsor reasonably determines that the Contest has been materially compromised by:

  • hacking;

  • technical error;

  • premature disclosure;

  • fraud;

  • tampering;

  • unauthorized access;

  • automated systems;

  • widespread publication of the final solution; or

  • another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control,

Sponsor may suspend, modify, extend, restart, or cancel the Contest, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to preserve fairness to participants.

18. YouTube Disclaimer and Release

YouTube is not a sponsor of this Contest and is not responsible for administration of the Contest or awarding the prize.

By participating, participants agree to release YouTube from any and all liability related to the Contest to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  • name;

  • city and state;

  • photograph;

  • likeness;

  • voice;

  • statements concerning the Contest; and

  • video or photographs relating to the prize award

for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

INTERNAL NOTE FOR LEGAL REVIEW — REMOVE BEFORE PUBLICATION

The intended final mechanic is:

  • participants solve a sequence of clues;

  • the clues ultimately reveal a telephone number;

  • participants must determine and call that number;

  • when connected, they must provide the correct secret phrase;

  • the first eligible caller to provide the correct phrase wins $1,000;

  • telecommunications/provider records and timestamps will determine who completed the challenge first.

We would prefer not to reveal publicly in advance that the final method is a telephone call, because discovering that is part of the puzzle.

Please confirm whether the public-facing Official Rules may describe this as the “final challenge” without disclosing the telephone-call mechanic in advance, while still providing sufficient disclosure under all applicable federal and state contest laws.

Please also confirm:

  1. that the promotion is properly classified as a skill contest rather than a sweepstakes or lottery;

  2. eligible states/territories;

  3. minimum participant age;

  4. whether any state registrations, bonding, filings, or other requirements apply;

  5. acceptable winner-verification procedures;

  6. what constitutes the official time of receipt for the winning response;

  7. how ties or system failures should be handled;

  8. prize-payment and tax-reporting requirements;

  9. whether the publicity release is appropriate;

  10. governing law and dispute provisions;

  11. whether a specific ending date is required even if someone successfully completes the challenge earlier; and

  12. whether any additional disclosures are required because the Contest will be promoted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and AdrenalineCrew.com.
