General Shipping Policy
– All items are shipped next business day.
– Please allow up to 5 business days (NOT including weekends/holidays) for your order to get to your home.
– No refunds/exchanges after 30 days from purchase.
– Refunds are for EXCHANGE only (wrong glove or shirt size, wrong DVD)
General Product Return Policy
All requests for returns must be in writing, submitted within 30 days of purchase. Request should include the following information: Reason for return, quantity, and UPC number of the product to be returned. Please include contact number and the name of person to whom the RA# should be faxed to.
No product will be accepted for return without a valid Return Authorization number issued by Adrenaline Crew.

Returns are limited to products that have been purchased from Adrenaline Crew’s website only. Credit will not be given for goods that are not distributed, have not been distributed, or have been put on moratorium by Adrenaline Crew. These items will be discarded unless specifically requested to be returned, freight collect.
– The customer’s account must be current and in good standing.
– If product is a DVD it must be returned unopened.
– If product is Gloves or Apparel it must be returned unused.
– Product will not be accepted for return which has been discontinued, price protected, or otherwise discounted for one-way sale. Should a product be discontinued, customer will receive notification from AC outlining the available time frame for returning discounted product.

Return Authorization number must be conspicuously displayed on the outside of every returned package. Shipment must be accompanied by a packing slip.
(Customer is responsible for return freight.)
Customer Credit of Returned Merchandise
Upon count and inspection, a credit memo will be issued in full provided the unit quantity of each product received equals unit quantity authorized. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at their expense.
Credit will be applied to the customer’s account upon approval.
Credit will not be given for DVD products returned if they are opened, missing packaging sleeves or DVD discs.
